Beta Terms
Last updated: July 8, 2026
Public Beta
Secure Pair Transfer and QuadCrypt are provided as beta software. Features, pricing, account systems, update behavior, relay behavior, license behavior, and availability may change before the final commercial release.
License
A license key allows the licensed user to activate the covered Khuna Labs product according to the plan or beta access granted by Khuna Labs. Secure Pair licenses may include pairing-invite permissions. QuadCrypt licenses activate QuadCrypt app access for the licensed user or device profile.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for the files and messages you send, receive, store, open, lock, unlock, or share using Khuna Labs software. You must have the legal right and permission to use any content you process with the software.
You are also responsible for choosing which Windows cleanup or tuning actions to apply on your own PC. Administrator tools can affect apps, services, security settings, performance, compatibility, and power use.
No Warranty
The beta is provided as-is and as-available. Khuna Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, data recovery, compatibility with every system, or freedom from defects during the beta period.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Khuna Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising from use of the beta.
Changes
Khuna Labs may update these terms as the product moves from beta to commercial release. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
